JR Iannaccone is an accomplished New Jersey native that became a professional athlete and entrepreneur at a young age. As he traveled the country, JR took note of the cultural importance restaurants played within a community. The highest mark restaurants are the rule-makers. They set the bar for others to follow and make or break travel destinations.
Spending a good portion of his life in Evergreen, JR looked around and realized there was a need that wasn’t being met. Evergreen needed a high end presentation and Bistro Del Lago is his answer, Italian fusion dishes rooted in his family heritage and inspired by his earlier, globe-trotting adventures. He’s also recently received his level 1 sommelier, ranking him as an expert in the beverage industry. This skillset ensures every cocktail served at Bistro del Lago is world-class, and that we can help you perfectly pair beer or wine to your meal.
Head server, Violet Iannaccone, has been a major part of the Bistro. Violet’s influence can be felt from the décor to having input on menu items. Bistro Del Lago is truly a family-run establishment and as JR’s daughter, Violet ensures the staff provides a high-class and refined dining experience.
